INSIDE THE PRODUCT

A way to speak up. A path to support.

React Native and Expo connect the mobile experience to GraphQL and a Next.js back office. The focus is a clear handoff from a student's report to human follow-up.

  1. 01

    Choose how to speak up

The mobile app distinguishes a student's own report from a witness testimony, giving each a dedicated form.

  2. 02

    Build the context

Guided questions collect the report's context. Referral selection connects the next step with the available support options.

  3. 03

    Keep follow-up in view

The web workspace brings reports, status histories, testimonies and school records together for the team reviewing them.

THE PRODUCT

Ityhad, at a glance.

Ityhad gives students a structured way to speak up about bullying at school and witnesses a separate way to share what they have seen. Its mobile journeys connect reporting with support referrals and a web workspace for follow-up.

The challenge

Speaking up can be difficult. A reporting journey needs approachable steps, while the people responding need enough context to understand a report and follow its progress.

The approach

The React Native and Expo application separates personal reports from witness testimonies. A guided form gathers context and connects the report to a support referral. GraphQL links the mobile experience to a Next.js administration workspace with report histories, testimonies, schools, students and professional accounts. Chat and notifications support the wider communication workflow.
